Practice Description

Patience has over 8 years of experience in boardroom dynamics and has an extensive training in Company Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance and Litigation. She routinely provides advice on corporate and transactional matters, labor and employment matters as well as advice on general compliance issues. She provides high-stakes legal opinions on transactions which impacts the operation of the Authority. Before becoming the Solicitor Secretary, Patience worked at AELEX Ghana.

Patience is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
