PATIENCE ABLAH GANYO (Mrs. Amansie-Boateng) is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme court of Ghana. Having entered active work at the age of 15 as a sales representative, Ms. Ganyo has garnered over 22 years of experience in corporate Ghana. As a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme court of Ghana for the last 8 years, Ms. Ganyo has gained experience in boardroom dynamics, Company Secretarial Practice and Corporate Governance. As a former head of Litigation, she led the successful defense of corporations in actions involving employee termination at the National Labour Commission, and successfully defended corporations in tax, Maritime and corporate litigation matters in courts. She has led and was part of teams that conducted due diligence in mergers and acquisitions in the Mining Industry (Gold and Lithium), Insurance Industry and Financial Technology (Fintech) Industry.

Patience holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an L.L.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. She holds a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and has been enrolled on the roll of lawyers to practice in Ghana.

As a lawyer, her practice areas include Corporate and Commercial Practice, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Natural Resources law, Labor & Employment, and Maritime Law.

She routinely provides high-stakes legal opinions and advice on corporate and transactional matters, labor and employment matters as well as advice on general compliance issues for companies. Before becoming the Solicitor Secretary, Patience worked at AELEX Ghana Ltd.

Patience is a Member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
